Patient safety Curriculum / Seguridad del Paciente en el Currículo

Patient safety, defined by the Institute of medicine as "the prevention of harm to the patients", is a mayor concern for all health care providers. In this way, an article published recently in the journal The Clinical Teacher, discuss the core content for a patient safety curriculum in the global and multiprofessional context, including contents, learning and teaching activities, assessment and curriculum evaluation.

La seguridad del paciente, definida por el Instituto de Medicina como "la prevención del daño a los pacientes". es una preocupación mayor para todos los proveedores de cuidado de la salud. En esa vía, un artículo publicado recientemente en la revista The Clinical Teacher, presenta una propuesta nuclear en seguridad del paciente en un contexto global y multiprofesional, incluyendo contenidos, actividades de enseñanza y aprendizaje, evaluación educativa y valoración del currículo.
